You want to return an order ?

We will be happy to accept your item back for return, as long as the item meets the return criteria below:

1. In its original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.
2. No signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains)​
3. FULL PRICE items within 14 days of purchase.
4. Items may only be returned with proof of purchase (invoice).
5. WE DO NOT ACCEPT: Stockings (when the package is open), Toys, Candles, oils and lubricants.

 - I would like to return or exchange a product, because the wrong size or I don’t like it… - what should I do?

1. I request exchange or return of an item within 14 open days (Monday to Friday) by fill out the online-form orsending email -  equipe@madame-sensuelle.com I AM WAITING FOR COFIRMATION.  
2. I download return form - Bon de retour et choose a reason « Return » or « Exchange».  
3. I am sending back unworn, unwashed and unopened items with the initial price tags. I do not forget to put invoice. 

The return shipping costs will be your responsibility. If you want, we can cover delivery costs, but in this case, we will deduct delivery cost during refund.
You can opt for CREDIT NOTEor REFUND within 14 open days.
